1) A law enforcement officer kills/violates the human rights of a black victim
2) 2a (If there is video evidence of the crime) A legal authority promptly issues an arrest warrant for the law enforcement officer, charges them of the appropriate crime, prosecutes them to the full extent of the law.
2b (If there is no video evidence of the crime) A law enforcement authority in the chain of command promptly places the law enforcement officer on administrative leave pending a thorough investigation. Upon completion of the investigation the officer’s employment is terminated. A legal authority then promptly issues an arrest for the law enforcement officer, charges them of the appropriate crime, prosecutes them to the full extent of the law.
3) No protest. No Disturbance of the peace. No open acts of defying authority.
Wash. Rinse. Repeat.
